Tan Jack Kheng (Jack)

Tan Jack Kheng (Jack), is the Co-Founder and Partner of Law Chambers of Jack & Lim. He is an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya and a Barrister-at-Law of England and Wales. He holds an LL.B. (Hons.) from Northumbria University, Newcastle UK, was called to the Bar by the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2019.

Jack advises individuals and businesses across property and conveyancing, banking and finance, corporate and commercial matters, and civil and commercial disputes. His work includes transactional documentation, financing and security matters, commercial arrangements and dispute management.

Before co-founding Law Chambers of Jack & Lim, Jack practised at Damien Chan, Hannibal & Ng Chambers in Penang.

Lim Jhia Wei (Joey)

Lim Jhia Wei, known professionally as Joey Lim, is the Partner and Co-Founder of Law Chambers of Jack & Lim. She is an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya and a Barrister-at-Law of England and Wales. She holds an LL.B. (Hons.) from Northumbria University, Newcastle UK and was called to the Bar by the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple.

Joey’s practice spans corporate and commercial advisory, cross-border investment, mergers and acquisitions, property and industrial land transactions, regulatory compliance and dispute resolution, with particular experience in Malaysia–China matters.

Before co-founding the firm, Joey was a Partner at Damien Chan, Hannibal & Ng Chambers and managed its Penang branch. She serves as Head of the Legal & Governmental Bureau of the Penang Chinese Chamber of Commerce.
